Immediate Notice. Changes in Law and Regulation: by K▇▇▇▇▇▇, without either Party incurring any further liability, immediately (or as may otherwise be provided in the Order Form) by giving written notice to the Client if K▇▇▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion, has determined that continued provision of the relevant class of Services to which the Order Form relates would result in violation of applicable law or regulation relating to either Party and: (i) it has not been possible for a period of not less than twenty-one (21) Business Days; or (ii) it is agreed by the Parties to be impracticable, for the Parties to agree consequential amendments to the relevant Order Form as envisaged by Clause 7.3(c); or
