Immediate recourse. The Guarantor waives any right rights which it may have of to require the Owner first requiring the Purchaser (or any trustee or agent on its behalf) to proceed against or enforce any of the other rights or security Transaction Documents or claim payment from the Charterer or any other person (including without limitation to commence any proceedings under any Transaction Documents or to enforce any Security Interest created in accordance with the Security Documents) before claiming from that enforcing any rights of the Owner against the Guarantor under this clause 5Guarantee. This waiver applies irrespective of any law or any provision of this Agreement a Transaction Document to the contrary.
