Immediate Termination for Cause. Either Party may terminate this Agreement and the Statements of Work (by written notice), either in full or in part, with immediate effect if the other Party materially breaches any term of this Agreement or Statement of Work which is irremediable or (if such breach is remediable) fails to remedy that breach within fourteen (14) days after being notified in writing to do so.
