Immediate Termination of Contract. The Purchaser may immediately terminate the Contract upon giving notice to the Supplier for any reason, notwithstanding that the Supplier might not be in default under the Contract, and in such event the Purchaser shall be liable to the Supplier only for the payment of the Rates in respect of Deliverables accepted by the Purchaser up to the date of termination.
