Common use of Immediate Use Clause in Contracts

Immediate Use. Payment in full must be made for Interment Right(s) prior to use, and Purchaser shall have the immediate right to use Interment Right(s), for which payment in full has been made. Purchaser agrees that the immediate right to use Interment Right(s) requires a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice, is subject to the Rules and Regulations and may be delayed by natural causes, floods, disasters, hurricanes and acts of others.
