Immediately upon termination. the You shall cease all use of the Nokia DAC Service and Nokia Software. Any documentation and all copies thereof shall be returned to Your Nokia Partner. You shall furnish Your Nokia Partner and Nokia with evidence satisfactory to them that all copies not returned have been destroyed, including partial copies and related materials.
