Common use of Immediately upon Clause in Contracts

Immediately upon. (i) the receipt by the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of any Buyer’s Supplies; and (ii) the delivery to, or fabrication by, the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of all other Parts, the Builder shall ▇▇▇▇ (or cause its relevant subcontractors to ▇▇▇▇) the same and the Ship (as it is from time to time built) with Hull number [*].

Immediately upon. (i) the receipt by the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of any Buyer’s 's Supplies; and (ii) the delivery to, or fabrication by, the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of all other Parts, the Builder shall ▇m▇▇▇ (or cause its relevant subcontractors to ▇m▇▇▇) the same and the Ship (as it is from time to time built) with Hull number [*].

Immediately upon. (i) the receipt by the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of any Buyer’s Supplies; and (ii) the delivery to, or fabrication by, the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of all other Parts, the Builder shall ▇▇▇▇ (or cause its relevant subcontractors to ▇▇▇▇) the same and the Ship (as it is from time to time built) with Hull hull number [*]S.678.

Immediately upon. (i) the receipt by delivery to the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of any Buyer’s 's Supplies; and (ii) the delivery to, or fabrication by, the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of all other Parts, the Builder shall ▇▇▇▇ mark (or cause its relevant subcontractors to ▇▇▇▇mark) the same and the a▇▇ ▇he Ship (as it is from time to time built) with Hull ▇▇▇h hull number [*]S.668.

Immediately upon. (i) the receipt by the Builder (or any of its subcontractorsSubcontractors) of any Buyer’s Supplies; and (ii) the delivery to, or the assembly fabrication or manufacture by, the Builder (or any of its subcontractorsSubcontractors) of all steel blocks and other main Parts, the Builder shall ▇m▇▇▇ (or cause its relevant subcontractors Subcontractors to ▇m▇▇▇) the same and the Ship (as it is from time to time built) with Hull hull number [*]D33.

Immediately upon. (i) the receipt by delivery to the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of any Buyer’s 's Supplies; and (ii) the delivery to, or fabrication by, the Builder (or any of its subcontractors) of all other Parts, the Builder shall ▇▇▇▇ (or cause its relevant subcontractors to ▇▇▇▇) the same and the Ship (as it is from time to time built) with Hull hull number [*]S.667.

Immediately upon.
