Common use of Immunity of Archives Clause in Contracts

Immunity of Archives. The archives of the Agency and, in general, all documents belonging to, or held by it shall be inviolable and immune from seizure wherever they may be located, except that the immunity provided for in this paragraph 15.3 of this Agreement shall not extend to documents required to be produced in the course of judicial or arbitral proceedings to which the Agency is a party or proceedings arising out of transactions concluded by the Agency.
