Immunity of Archives. 1. The archives of the Facility and, in general, all documents belonging to, or held by the Facility shall be inviolable wherever located, except that the immunity provided for in this Article shall not extend to documents required to be produced in the course of judicial or arbitral proceedings to which the Facility is a party; 2. Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article, documents containing professional work products of or held by the Facility shall not be produced for judicial or arbitral proceedings.
