Immunity Under Applicable Law. Nothing in this Access Easement limits the ability of Owners and Holder to avail themselves of the protections offered by any applicable law affording immunity to Owners and Holder including, to the extent applicable, the Recreational Use of Land and Water Act, Act of February 2, 1966, P.L. (1965) 1860, No. 586, as amended, 68 P.S. §477-1 et seq. (as may be amended from time to time).
