Common use of Immunotherapy Clause in Contracts

Immunotherapy. The term "immunotherapy" shall mean and collectively include those ex vivo therapeutic interventions which result in the activation and/or expression of effector cell function by B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes, NK cells, macrophages, expression of mucosal immunity, and/or passive immunity by which immune agents are generated ex vivo and transferred to a patient.
