IMPACT OF CHANGES; NEW GUIDANCE Sample Clauses

The "Impact of Changes; New Guidance" clause defines how the parties will address the effects of changes in laws, regulations, or official guidance that occur during the term of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying the other party of relevant changes, assessing how these changes affect contractual obligations, and potentially renegotiating terms or adjusting performance requirements. Its core function is to ensure that both parties remain compliant with evolving legal or regulatory standards, while providing a mechanism to adapt the contract as necessary to address unforeseen developments.
