Impact of Extended Shift. The impact of extended shifts on several articles of the Collective Agreement is as follows: (a) Probationary period for a full time employee working such extended shifts shall be 337.5 hours of work. (b) The impact of extended hours as outlined in this Agreement shall take precedence over similar articles in the collective agreement between the parties. (c) Hours of work schedules (i) The extended hour shift will consist of either 9.375 hours or 11.25 hours a shift or 225 hours in three (3) biweekly pay periods. Authorized work performed in excess of these hours will be paid at time and one-half the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate. (ii) Each ten (10) hour shift will contain a total of seventy-five (75) minutes of break time (37.5 minutes paid and 37.5 minutes unpaid). Each twelve (12) hour shift will contain a total of ninety (90) minutes of break time (45 minutes paid and 45 minutes unpaid). The breaks will be scheduled according to department preference. (d) Schedules Schedules will be posted four (4) weeks in advance and cover a four (4) week period.

(b) Hours of work schedules (i) An extended shift will be eleven and one-quarter (11 1/4) hours per shift of duty, exclusive of the unpaid meal period. (ii) All authorized time worked in excess of eleven and one-quarter (111/4) hours shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (11/2) times the employee's straight time hourly rate of pay.

  • Failure to Provide Notice of Expiry If the HSP fails to provide the required 6 months’ Notice that it intends to allow this Agreement to expire, or fails to provide a Transition Plan along with any such Notice, this Agreement shall automatically be extended and the HSP will continue to provide the Services under this Agreement for so long as the Funder may reasonably require to enable all clients of the HSP to transition to new service providers.

  • Payment of Extension Fee The Borrower shall pay to the Agent for the pro rata accounts of the Lenders in accordance with their respective Commitments an extension fee in an amount equal to twenty-five (25) basis points on the Total Commitment in effect on the Maturity Date (as determined without regard to such extension), which fee shall, when paid, be fully earned and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods:

  • Amendments; Renewal Any amendments, consents to or waivers of the terms of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. The parties may renew this Contract by their signed, written instrument.

  • Renewal, Extension The renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.
