Common use of Impediments and Delays Clause in Contracts

Impediments and Delays. If the Service, or any part thereof, is impeded or delayed by the Principal or any third party engaged by the Principal so as to increase the duration of the Service: (a) the Service Provider shall inform the Principal of the circumstances and probable effects of such impediment or delay upon the agreed schedule of Service specified in accordance with Annex C: Schedule of Service; and the duration of the Service shall be amended, if possible.

Impediments and Delays. If In the event the Service, or any part thereof, is impeded or delayed by the Principal or any third party engaged by the Principal so as to increase the duration of the ServiceService or any of the applicable Service Milestones: (a) the Service Provider shall inform the Principal of the circumstances and probable effects of such impediment or delay upon the agreed schedule of Service specified in accordance with Annex C: Schedule C S( cope of Service); and and (b) the duration of the Service shall be amended, if possibleincreased and any Service Milestone(s) affected by the impediment or delay shall be extended accordingly.

If the ServiceServices, or any part thereof, is impeded or delayed by the Principal Principal, or any third party engaged by the Principal so as to increase the increasethe duration of the ServiceServices: (a) the Service Provider Contractor shall inform the Principal of the circumstances and probable effects of such impediment or delay upon the agreed schedule of Service specified Scheduleof Servicesspecified in accordance with with b) Annex C: Schedule of Service; and and c) the duration of the Service Servicesshall be increased,and any ServicesMilestones affected by the impediment or delay shall be amended, if possibleextended accordingly.

If the Service, or any part thereof, is impeded or delayed by the Principal or any third party engaged by the Principal so as to increase the duration of the ServiceService or any of the applicable Service Milestones: (a) the Service Provider shall inform the Principal of the circumstances and probable effects of such impediment or delay upon the agreed schedule of theconfirmed Service specified in accordance with Annex C: Schedule of ServiceOrder; and and (b) the duration of the particular Serviceshall be increased and any Service Milestone(s) affected by the impediment or delay shall be amended, if possibleextended accordingly.

If the ServiceServices, or any part thereof, is impeded or delayed by the Principal Principal, the Beneficiary or any third party engaged by the Principal so as to increase the duration of the ServiceServices: (a) the Service Provider Contractor shall inform the Principal of the circumstances and probable effects of such impediment or delay upon the agreed schedule of Service specified in accordance with Annex C: Schedule of ServiceServices; and and b) the duration of the Service Services shall be amendedincreased, if possibleand any Milestones affected by the impediment or delay shall be extended accordingly.

If the ServiceServices, or any part thereof, is impeded or delayed by the Principal Principal, or any third party engaged by the Principal so as to increase the increasethe duration of the ServiceServices: (a) the Service Provider Contractor shall inform the Principal of the circumstances and probable effects of such impediment or delay upon the agreed schedule of Service specified Scheduleof Servicesspecified in accordance with Annex An- nex C: Schedule of ServiceServices; and and b) the duration of the Service Servicesshall be increased,and any ServicesMilestones affected by the impediment or delay shall be amended, if possibleextended accordingly.
