Implementation and Duration. Provisions in this contract shall supersede any rules, regulations, individual contracts or practices of the Board which may be contrary or inconsistent with the terms of this contract. This contract contains the full, complete, and entire contract between the Board and the Association. All prior negotiated agreements between the parties not contained in this contract are null and void.
