Implementation and Duration. A. This Collective Bargaining Agreement will be effective from 12:01 a.m., July 1,2019, and will continue in full force and effect until midnight, June 30, 2022, and from year to year thereafter unless either the Board or the Association serves written notice on the other of its intention to amend or modify this Master Agreement not earlier than 150 days nor later than 120 days before the expiration of the Agreement. B. The Board shall not, during the period of this Master Agreement, officially adopt or implement any condition of employment contrary to or inconsistent with any term or condition of said Master Agreement. C. The policies enacted by this Master Agreement, when adopted by the Board, will supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the Board which may be contrary to or inconsistent with terms of the Master Agreement.
