Implementation of Changes. All Changes are subject to the written approval of the Parties. Only following receipt of each Party’s written approval may Spansion begin to implement the approved Change, and any Change so approved by each Party that affects any Statement of Work shall be deemed to be an amendment to such Statement of Work.
