Common use of Implementation of Project Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Project. Grantee shall execute Project activities no later than sixty (60) days from the receipt of the Grant from the City of Orlando hereunder or by March 1, 2017, whichever is later. Grantee shall apply for any permits required to construct physical improvements as part of the Project, within ninety (90) days from the receipt of the Grant hereunder or by April 1, 2017, whichever is later. Grantee shall supply Grantor with proof of implementation of the Project in the appropriate Quarterly Report. Furthermore, implementation of the Project within the time limit specified above is an express condition of the Grant hereunder and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s violation of said time limits may, at Grantor's discretion, constitute a basis for termination of this Agreement, and revocation of the Grant.
