Common use of Implementation of the Hong Kong Public Offering Clause in Contracts

Implementation of the Hong Kong Public Offering. Without prejudice to the foregoing obligations, the Warrantors jointly and severally undertake with the Joint Global Coordinators, the Joint Bookrunners, the Joint Lead Managers, the Sole Sponsor, the Sponsor-OC, the Overall Coordinators, the CMIs and the Hong Kong Underwriters to take such action and do (or procure to be done) all such other acts and things reasonably required to implement the Hong Kong Public Offering and to comply with all relevant requirements so as to enable the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Shares on the SEHK to be granted by the Listing Committee.
