Common use of Implementation period of the Action Clause in Contracts

Implementation period of the Action. 2.1 This contract shall enter into force on the date when the second of the two parties signs. 2.2 The timeframe for the implementation of actions extends from July 2021 up to May 2022 (included), 11 months, while the final reports will need to be submitted by 15 June 2022 (max.). 2.3 Actions must start, be implemented and completed within the above-indicated timeframe.
