Implementing Documents. The parties will pursue good faith ---------------------- negotiations and analysis to enter into amendments to the existing Dermagraft Agreements, in order to implement and to carry out the purposes and intentions of this Agreement. In the meantime, any conflict or inconsistencies between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Dermagraft Agreements shall be controlled by the terms of this Agreement.
