Common use of Implementing the MoU Clause in Contracts

Implementing the MoU. To support on going good working relationships between the two organisations, we will aim to: 6.1 continue to collaborate to develop a richer understanding of our respective roles and responsibilities; 6.2 acknowledge and respect each other’s different responsibilities, accountability structures and frameworks 6.3 identify what degree of joint working would be appropriate in any given circumstance, recognising that this may develop or change over time.
