Implied and Statutory Warranties. 7.6.1 THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
