Implied Covenants. The following provisions of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ will not apply to Clause 3.1 (Assignment) or Clause 3.2 (Notice of Assignment): (a) the words “other than any charges, encumbrances or rights which that person does not and could not reasonably be expected to know about” in Section 3(1); (b) the words “except to the extent that” and all the words thereafter in Section 3(2); and (c) Section 6(2).
