Import and Export Controls. OEM shall comply with all applicable import, export and re-export laws and regulations and foreign policy controls and restrictions. OEM shall take all necessary actions and precautions to ensure that its distributors, resellers and other customers do not contravene such laws, regulations, controls or restrictions.
