Common use of Import Documentation Clause in Contracts

Import Documentation. DISTRIBUTOR shall be responsible for obtaining all licenses and permits and for satisfying all formalities as may be required to import Products into the Territory in accordance with then prevailing law or regulations. SUPPLIER shall be responsible for furnishing DISTRIBUTOR with necessary documents or information for SUPPLIER to obtain all import licenses or permits.
