Common use of Import Documentation Clause in Contracts

Import Documentation. VAR shall be responsible for obtaining all -------------------- licenses and permits and for satisfying all formalities as may be required to import Products into the Territory in accordance with then prevailing laws or regulations. When necessary, Company shall assist VAR in obtaining U.S. export licenses and permits as may be required and appropriate.
