Common use of Import Export Compliance Clause in Contracts

Import Export Compliance. If any Products and/or Services are to be delivered into any other country, the Seller will be responsible for strict compliance with all legal, regulatory and administrative requirements associated with any importation or exportation of such Products and/or Services, including obtaining any required licenses or approvals and, unless otherwise agreed between the parties elsewhere in this Contract, the payment of all associated duties, taxes and fees.

Import Export Compliance. If any Products Deliverables and/or Services are to be delivered into any other country, the Seller will be responsible for strict compliance with all legal, regulatory and administrative requirements associated with any importation or exportation of such Products Deliverables and/or Services, including obtaining any required licenses or approvals and, unless otherwise agreed between the parties elsewhere in this the Contract, the payment of all associated duties, taxes and fees.
