Common use of Import Export Requirements Clause in Contracts

Import Export Requirements. Brocade and Solectron will comply with all import and export laws and regulations and maintain appropriate import and export documentation. At Brocade's request, Solectron will make available for inspection and audit all import and export documentation for the Products and the Solectron Technology included in the Products sold under this Agreement.
