Import Requirements. 1. The general import requirements of a Party shall apply to the entire territory of the other Party. 2. Additional specific import requirements may be imposed on the exporting Party or parts thereof based on the determination of the animal or plant health status of the exporting Party or parts thereof made by the importing Party in accordance with the SPS Agreement, the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the World Organisation for Animal Health (hereinafter referred to as the "OIE") and the International Plant Protection Convention (hereinafter referred to as the "IPPC") guidelines and standards.
