Improper Consideration. The Contractor shall not offer or be forced to provide (either directly or through an intermediary) any improper consideration such as, but not limited to, cash, discounts, services, the provision of travel or entertainment, or any items of value to any officer, employee, group of employees, or agent of the City in an attempt to secure favorable treatment or consideration.
