Common use of Improper Influence Clause in Contracts

Improper Influence. Contractor shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that no County officer or employee, whose position in the County enables him/her to influence any award of the Contract or any competing offer, shall have any direct or indirect financial interest resulting from the award of the Contract or shall have any relationship to the Contractor or officer or employee of the Contractor.
