Improper Use or Disclosure of Confidential Information. I shall not, during my employment with CommVault, or at any time thereafter, improperly use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or current employer or other person or entity and I will not possess or bring onto the premises of CommVault any such proprietary information without the prior written consent of such employer, person or entity.
