Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 3, Lessors shall not make for the account of Lessee any improvements to the premises required by law until after written notice from Lessors advising Lessee that the latter has defaulted in making such improvements, and that the Lessors intend to make the improvements for the account of Lessee.
