Common use of Improvements Required by Law Clause in Contracts

Improvements Required by Law. Tenant shall at its own expense during the whole of the Term of this Lease make, build, maintain and repair all fences, roads, curbs, sidewalks, sewers, drains, parkways and parking areas and other improvements which may be required by law to be made, built, maintained or repaired upon or adjoining or in connection with or for the use of the Premises or any pact thereof. Without limiting the foregoing sentence, Tenant agrees that all such improvements shall be subject to Landlord’s right of approval as provided in Section VI.B above.
