Common use of Improvements to be Constructed Clause in Contracts

Improvements to be Constructed. The Entity represents that it shall construct or cause to be constructed the Project in accordance with the approved Plans, the Redevelopment Agreement, the Redevelopment Plan and Applicable Law, the use of which Project is more specifically described in the Application.

The Entity represents that it shall will construct or cause the Improvements to be constructed the Project in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan, the approved Planssite plan for the Project, the Redevelopment Agreement, and the Redevelopment Plan and Applicable Law, the use of which Project is more specifically described in the ApplicationCity’s Master Plan.

The Entity represents that that, subject to the satisfaction of all Project Contingencies as provided in the Redevelopment Agreement, it shall will acquire and construct or cause to be constructed the Project in accordance with the approved Plans, Redevelopment Agreement and the Redevelopment Agreement, the Redevelopment Plan and Applicable LawPlan, the use of which Project is more specifically described in the Exemption Application.
