IMPUTED KNOWLEDGE. Subdivider shall be responsible for all amendments or updates to Design and Construction Standards and knowledge of all amendments or updates to Design and Construction Standards, whether local, state, or federal, and such knowledge will be imputed to Subdivider to the fullest extent allowed by law.
