In case of Accidental Death. (i) Original Death certificate issued by the office of Registrar of Birth & Deaths; (ii) Death summary issued by a Hospital; (iii) Post Mortem Report (if conducted); (iv) Copies of Medical records (if available), investigation reports (if available), if admitted to hospital (v) Identity proof of Nominee or Original Succession Certificate/Original Legal Heir Certificate or any other proof to the satisfaction of the Company for the purpose of a valid discharge in case nomination is not filed by deceased. (vi) Certificate, if applicable, from the Bank/Financial Institution stating the amortization schedule, the EMI Amounts, Principal Outstanding, etc.

  • By Death Executive’s employment shall terminate automatically upon Executive’s death. The Company shall pay to Executive’s beneficiaries or estate, as appropriate, any compensation then due and owing. Thereafter all obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall cease. Nothing in this Section shall affect any entitlement of Executive’s heirs or devisees to the benefits of any life insurance plan or other applicable benefits.
