Common use of In Connection with a Change of Control Clause in Contracts

In Connection with a Change of Control. For purposes of this Agreement, a termination of Executive’s employment with FEI is “in Connection with a Change of Control” if Executive’s employment is terminated on or within eighteen (18) months following a Change of Control (as such term is defined in Section 8.3 of this Agreement).
