Common use of IN CONNECTION WITH Clause in Contracts

IN CONNECTION WITH. a Change of Control, when used in relation to a specified event, means that the event occurs during the period beginning 30 days prior to the execution by the Company of one or more agreements to engage in one or more transactions which, in the aggregate, constitute a Change of Control and ending on the one-year anniversary of the effective date of a Change in Control.

IN CONNECTION WITH. a Change of Control, when used as to an event in relation to a specified eventSchedule A of this Agreement, means that the event occurs during either (a) within one year after the effective date of a Change of Control, or (b) within the 30-day period beginning 30 days prior to before the execution by the Company of one or more agreements to engage in one or more transactions which, in the aggregate, constitute a Change of Control and ending on the one-year anniversary of the effective date of a Change in Control.
