IN PROCEDURE. 49.1 The Tenant acknowledges that they will only be allowed to move into the unit once:
49.1.1 The Tenant’s Application has been approved, and
49.1.2 The Tenant has paid the full Initial Payment and sent proof of the payment to the Property Practitioner via email at least 5 Business Days prior to the move in date, and
49.1.3 The Tenant has notified the Property Practitioner of the Tenant’s move in date at least 5 Business
49.1.4 The Tenant has signed this Lease Agreement and provided all required FICA or supporting documents as requested by the Property Practitioner, and
49.1.5 The Tenant has received a Key Receipt confirming that the unit is ready for occupation and that the Tenant may move in.
49.2 After moving into the unit, the Tenant shall send an email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ confirming that they have moved in to the unit, failing which the Tenant will not be issued with any Additional Services.
IN PROCEDURE. The City will maintain its current policies with respect to Call-In and Voluntary and Mandatory Overtime. If the City desires to change those polices, it will negotiate those changes with the Union before making any such changes. Such negotiation will be subject to fact finding and conciliation under O.R.C.
IN PROCEDURE. The Employer shall maintain a list of employees who shall be offered work in accordance with their specified availability when shifts become available. Employees on the call-in list who are available without incurring overtime shall be called in order of seniority beginning with the most senior employee, until the staff shortage is filled. The list will be posted and a copy of the list given to the Unit President.
IN PROCEDURE. Both parties have discussed a call-in procedure for employees reporting absences from work. This procedure will be posted within sixty (60) days of ratification and will be reviewed by both parties on an ongoing basis.
IN PROCEDURE. The Employer shall maintain a call-in binder for each classification in a location determined by the Employer. The call-in binder shall contain a copy of the seniority list, phone numbers of employees and call-in log sheets, as determined by the Employer.
IN PROCEDURE. The Customer and Users shall access the Web Application via the Log-In Procedure using only the Log-In Data that was provided to the Customer by Exact. Exact is entitled to adjust the Log-In Procedure as it sees fit and shall inform the Customer thereof in a timely manner.
IN PROCEDURE. Where a scheduled shift becomes open, or additional shifts are required after the schedule is posted, regular part-time employees with the least number of shifts will be called first. When two or more employees have the same number of shifts, the call-in process will begin with the most senior. The call-in procedure will reset itself with each schedule. A casual part-time employee will not be utilized until all part-time employees have been offered available call-ins. If an error is made and an employee loses a shift as the result, that employee will be offered a shift on each call-in until the shift is recovered regardless of the Call-in Procedure resetting.
IN PROCEDURE. The parties agreed during negotiations to meet in order to discuss the process to be followed relative to the call-in procedure. It was agreed that such discussions would take place at labour management meetings.
IN PROCEDURE. Consisting of three steps, the first and second steps of this procedure will be good faith efforts by both parties to settle the dispute promptly and earnestly by open discussion and negotiation. The third step will be binding arbitration.
IN PROCEDURE. The units are provided with furniture only as itemized in the Lease. All other loose furniture and equipment can or shall be provided by the tenants’ choosing at their expense. Under no circumstances, due to limits of liability and workmen’s compensation, will any movement of tenants’ furniture be provided by CM&F Associates. All such arrangements shall be made independently by the tenant at their complete expense and direction.
