IN PROCESS INSPECTION Clause Samples

The "In Process Inspection" clause grants the right to inspect goods, materials, or work while production or services are ongoing, rather than waiting until completion. Typically, this allows the buyer or their representatives to visit the supplier’s facility at any stage of manufacturing or service delivery to verify quality, compliance with specifications, or progress. By enabling early detection of defects or deviations, this clause helps prevent costly rework, ensures adherence to standards, and reduces the risk of final product rejection.
