Common use of In respect of the Borrower Clause in Contracts

In respect of the Borrower. (a) A copy of the Articles of Association (Gesellschaftsvertrag) of the Borrower as last filed with the Commercial Register and of the related certificate of the Notary Public pursuant to SECTION 54(1) GmbHG, certified by two Authorized Persons to be correct and up-to-date. (b) An extract from the Commercial Register dated not earlier than 1st July, 1997 certified by the Commercial Register. (c) A list of Authorized Persons complying with the definition of "Authorized Person".
