In respect to Sample Clauses

The clause titled "In respect to" serves to specify the scope or subject matter to which certain rights, obligations, or provisions in a contract apply. In practice, this phrase is used to link particular terms, conditions, or actions to a defined topic, such as a product, service, or event. For example, a contract might state that certain warranties apply only "in respect to" a specific deliverable. This clause ensures clarity by precisely delineating the boundaries of contractual responsibilities or entitlements, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over the interpretation of obligations.
