In Section 2. 1. In Section 2(a) of the Basic Provisions, delete the words “including the pricing term sheet for the Designated Securities”. 2. With respect to Section 2(b) of the Basic Provisions, the Company will not prepare a pricing term sheet. Replace Section 2(b) of the Basic Provisions in its entirety with: “[RESERVED]”.
