IN SERIES. The aggregate principal amount of Securities which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture is unlimited. The Securities may be issued in one or more series. The terms of the Securities in addition to or in lieu of those set forth in this Indenture shall be determined or established in any one or more of the following ways: (1) in one or more indentures supplemental hereto; (2) in one or more Board Resolutions; or (3) in a manner specified in or authorized by one or more Board Resolutions (in which case such Board Resolutions shall be included in or attached to an Officers' Certificate setting forth such terms or the manner in which such terms are to be determined or established).
