Common use of IN TERMS Clause in Contracts

IN TERMS. A. This contract may be amended or modified only by mutual written agreement of the parties. B. CONSULTANT shall only commence work covered by an amendment after the amendment is executed and notification to proceed has been provided by COUNTY’s Contract Administrator. C. There shall be no change in CONSULTANT’s Project Manager or members of the project team, as listed in the approved Cost Proposal, which is a part of this contract without prior written approval by COUNTY’s Contract Administrator.
