In the COMA Documents Sample Clauses
The "In the COMA Documents" clause defines that certain terms, conditions, or obligations are specifically set out within the suite of documents collectively referred to as the COMA Documents. In practice, this means that any references to rights, duties, or procedures are governed by the provisions contained within these documents, which may include agreements, schedules, or annexes forming part of the COMA framework. This clause ensures that all parties are clear about where to find the authoritative terms governing their relationship, thereby reducing ambiguity and centralizing contractual obligations.
In the COMA Documents where appropriate:
(a) The singular includes the plural and vice versa;
(b) References to statutes or regulations include all statutory or regulatory provisions consolidating, amending or replacing the statute or regulation referred to;
(c) The words “including,” “includes” and “include” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”;
(d) Unless otherwise indicated references to sections, appendices or schedules are to this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement;
(e) The word “discretion” with respect to any Person means the sole and absolute discretion of such Person except as otherwise stated herein;
