In the Event of a Tie. Any Employees who have equal aggregate scores shall be so notified when they pick up their oral/interview exam records. Where two (2) or more candidates are tied and have the same seniority a draw will be conducted in the presence of the affected candidates no later than the third week of March to determine the order of promotion, with his/her seniority back-dated to the date of the previous Employee’s promotion.
