All Purchase Orders received by the Supplier up to and including the expiration date of the Contract are acceptable and must be performed in accordance with the order and the Contract. The period of performance under any Purchase Order can extend beyond the expiration date of the Contract but cannot exceed the performance time periods specified in the Contract. No new Purchase Orders can be issued under the Contract after the expiration date of the Contract. Purchase Orders must be performed within One Year of issue date, but no Purchase Order can be performed after One year of the contracts expiration. Each Purchase Order will be deemed to incorporate the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract
